Get Your Momma Groove and Play A Game

I cannot think of a better way to boost my Momma Groove in the morning then a good cup of coffee, juicy Olympic news and my Mommy Morning Martini.  Now don’t waggle you eyebrows, its a green smoothie.

After I take care of these three things I am inviting you all to join me in a rousing game of Quarters, that is right folks its that time again. Its time to get out that quarter flip it and tidy up 5 rooms of your choice!

Clutter Busting Quarter Flip, the best way to get ready for the weekend is a tidy home and a meal plan so we do not over spend on fast food which is generally not very healthy.

And here is my simple menu for the weekend.

Friday: 

Morning: Green Smoothie

Lunch: Veggie Wrap at The Reagan Library

Dinner: Baked Tortilla Crusted Fish with Fruit Salsa

Saturday:

Morning: Egg White Scrambles with Spinach and shaved onion

Lunch: Skinny Bean Burritos from Costco with a Salad ( they are organic!)

Dinner: Whole Wheat Pasta and Sauce, Salad and Watermelon

Sunday:

Morning: Blueberry Chocolate Smoothies and Turkey Bacon for the Boys

Lunch: Turkey Sandwiches for my meat eaters and Hummus for me.

Dinner: Pineapple Fried Rice with Egg Whites

All meals above are served with a green leaf vegetable.  I love my greens, yes I do.

Simple Daily Challenge: Play one game or a few round of Clutter Busting Quarter Flip and make a simple menu for the weekend. That is so simple and so fun. Let’s get to it!

P.S.  I am still working on my Olympic Clutter Challenge of 1900 items in honor of the women first entering the Olympics.  Will give an update this weekend some time along with Back to School Updates.
